Refund and Cancellation Policy for Melbourne Women in Business Directory

Membership Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel Anytime: As a member of the Melbourne Women in Business Directory, you have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, simply log in to your account on our website and navigate to the “Account” page. There, you can manage your subscription and cancel it as needed.
  • Access After Cancellation: Once you cancel your membership, you will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, your access to the Melbourne Women in Business Directory and any associated services will be terminated.
  • Removal of Listings and Backlinks: Upon cancellation, your business listing, any associated information, and any backlinks to your business website will be removed from the directory. This includes the removal of promotional material, business descriptions, contact details, and links to your website that were previously displayed.
  • Membership Termination by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any membership at our discretion if a member is found to be in violation of our membership rules or terms of service. In such cases, your listing, backlinks, and information will also be removed, and a refund for any remaining time in the billing cycle will not be provided.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Membership Fees: Membership fees for the Melbourne Women in Business Directory are non-refundable. Once a membership payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded, including cases where a member decides to cancel before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases, such as billing errors or unforeseen circumstances, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
